Excusme Miss, Let me introduce my self, my name is Dewi Annisa’urr Rochmah, NIT : 190408155, I’m froom Delta Class, now i'm writing my group activities for cooking special capyay, these activities include: description of capcay cuisine, tools & ingredients for making capcay, as well as processing how to make a capcay. Thank you miss.

I.       DESCRIPTION OF CAPCAY FOOD

(English: ; Pinyin: zácài; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: cha̍p-chhài, various vegetables "). Cap Cai is a popular Chinese dish name because it is served from a variety of vegetables. The number of vegetables is uncertain, but many are wrong. think Capcai hats must contain 10 kinds of vegetables because they really mean "vegetables." Cap in Hokkien dialect also means "ten, and cai means vegetables.

Some types of vegetables that are usually made cai are chicory, mustard greens, carrots, young corn, mushroom mushrooms, ear mushrooms, cabbage, peas, beans, cauliflower, broccoli, leeks, tomatoes, and bombshell. Nonetheless, animals are also commonly added to these foods, such as beef, chicken, eggs, chicken liver and gizzard, shrimp, meatballs, squid, and pork. Hats can be cooked in two ways, boiled (gravy) or fried.

Another understanding of Capcay is a simple dish consisting of various small vegetables and sometimes cooked with fish meatballs, beef meatballs, shrimp, and chicken meat. In America "cap-cay" cah is called "chop-suey" and is said to be part of the culinary creation of Chinese immigrants in America, and is one of the creations of Chinese-American cuisine. You, maybe curious, might "cap-cay" if you travel so far from America to Indonesia.

Don't be confused, the history of "cay-cay" does consist of many versions. The latest version is a compilation of Chinese ambassador Li Hung, New York City on August 29, 1896, the cook is preparing dishes that can be accepted by Chinese and American diplomats. And according to historical records, the fried "cap-cay" indeed served as one of the menus.

There is one version that I think makes more sense, is that this dish is made by Chinese immigrants who wander everywhere. Namely cuisine that is determined by fate. Whatever vegetables you get today, take them all and cook them together. If there are only 2 vegetables, then the stamp only consists of 2 vegetables. But if you have good luck today and have more, then your stamp is more luxurious. Simple and practical. The problem is when is this c-cap cuisine discovered? Because in China alone, this dish is unknown. Only in Taishan, China, where the majority of the population travels and becomes immigrants, is the stamp-cay cuisine known.

II.    REASONS FOR COOKING SPECIAL CAPCAY
As a vegetable-based dish, capcay is indeed a good source of fiber. There are many types of vegetables on capcay such as carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, mustard greens, cabbage, peas and so on. The fiber content in capcay can help the digestive process so that the body's metabolism can be smoother.

In addition, capcay is a fun way to eat vegetables. Eating boiled vegetables can make you bored, but by cooking them into capcay, vegetables will be more delicious and you will get many benefits. Capcay is cooked by sautéing. Some people even prefer when the vegetables on the capcay are still undercooked and taste crunchy. Because the cooking method is sauteed, the nutrition of vegetables in the capcay is maintained. In one portion of capcay contains various vitamins, calcium, iron, phosphorus, and other minerals. This time I used 3 kinds of vegetables that have benefits, including:
a.       Boiled carrots: a source of fiber, vitamins A, C, K, potassium, manganese, thiamine, niacin, folic acid. Most carrot calories come from sugar.
b.      White mustard: a source of fiber, protein, vitamins A, B, B2, B6, C, K, calcium, iron, potassium, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, and niacin.
c.       Broccoli: a source of protein, fiber, vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, E, K, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, manganese, folic acid.

These various nutrients come from various vegetables that are used for capcay. So you can get all the benefits in one meal. These various nutrients provide many benefits for the body such as adding red blood cells, smooth digestion, and so on. In addition, the ingredients are easy to find, how to make them is also very easy and simple, and the results are very satisfying, tasty, delicious and nutritious. Therefore we chose special capcay food as the basis for making the task "How To Make A Special Dish". Thank you
